1. Refund Policy:

All ticket and package sales are final and non-refundable once booked unless the event is officially canceled.

2. Ticket Validity:

Your Formula 1 race tickets purchased through Motorsports Break are valid for all scheduled event dates. In the event of date changes by the organizers, your tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date(s).

3. Insurance Requirement:

Before booking any tickets or packages, it is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate travel and event insurance coverage. Motorsports Break is not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances, including cancellations, personal injuries, or lost/stolen items during your trip.

4. Hotel Reservation Amendments:

Hotel reservations included in our packages can be amended or modified up to 30 days prior to the event date, subject to availability and any applicable fees.

5. Accommodation Details:

You will receive detailed information about your accommodation, including the name and address of the hotel, approximately 48 hours after booking your package.

6. Package Inclusions:

Our packages are based on 3-star accommodations and include F1 tickets as specified. Any additional services or upgrades will be subject to additional charges.

7. Transportation to and from the Track:

Please note that transportation to and from the event track is not included in our packages. It is your responsibility to arrange your transportation.

8. Accommodation Location:

We reserve the right to accommodate you within the vicinity of the nearest major city to the event location, which may require a short commute to the track. We aim to provide convenient and comfortable lodging options.

9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions:

Motorsports Break reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Liability Waiver:

Motorsports Break and its affiliates are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience that may occur during your use of our services. We recommend that you review the terms and conditions of our service providers, including hotels and airlines, to understand their policies and procedures.
